A VERY simple and straight forward image sharing site. Doing one thing well is my favourite type of website It’s simple and clearly laid out. I was playing around with the site a bit last night and found it very intuitive and and easy to work. It allows you to share an image with someone and they can give commentary about the image. I have the Firefox add-on installed and look forward to using the service which i have only heard of thanks to the Tuesday Push crew.

Big well done to the Spoilt Child Design team.

The Tuesday Push this week is for Decisions For Heroes.

What they say :

Decisions for Heroes is a collaborative rescue team management tool, that helps record and analyse rescue operations. Instead of archiving information as paperwork, we generate real-time profiles of members, available resources, and experience levels. Decisions for Heroes uses this data to deliver live and intelligent information to the field.

This is an impressive professional looking site. The little video Quickstart Guide spells out what the site can do very well. I love seeing technology being used to improve services like this.

What does the software help with:

Team management : Record rescue attendance & training. Easily complete / store / print paperwork of each event.

Analytics: to optimize training, discover incident patterns, injury trends, casualty heatmaps, and resource level thresholds.

Faster Communication: Integration is a huge benefit of this software. Easily tracking rescue training & experience, scheduling briefings and easily contacting each member of the team through email or sms.

There is also a facebook fan page which will keep you up-to-date with news from the team.

The official product launch was in Dublin last night.

It has taken 1 year of software development and 1,800 rescuers like you to provide feedback, and get us this far. We have now officially launched Decisions For Heroes and are allowing teams from all over the world to sign-up.

Best of luck to Robin and all the Decisions For Heroes team.

In their own words:

RevaHealth.com is a healthcare search engine. We gather the information you want about health clinics in the UK and Ireland, and further afield, and display it all comparably. We figure that you’re a busy person (with a great taste in websites!) so we want to make it quick and easy to find the information you need.

What I like most about this site is the professional look and the fountain of information that is on it about both healthcare and (on the blog) business start-up help (Here’s a great post on How to avoid the Google Sandbox).

Calaen King and Aoife Murray from RevaHealth.com have helped me previously with a very good Five Things you should know before travelling for Health Care (here).

I really like the idea that you can find & compare health clinics pretty much anywhere in the world. It’s a great idea and best of luck to the RevaHealth.com team for the future.

A quick post to thank all involved in the Tuesday Push:

The premise is that everyone talks up a company (if they think it deserves to be) on a particular date. Every second Tuesday at it happens. Everyone tech and non tech alike are encouraged to talk about the company so that hopefully a tipping point is reached and a potential investor or journalist or partner hears/reads about the company.

You help someone, they may help you back. Classic Mulley if you like. My advice: GET STUCK IN.

And if you don’t blog, but may like to, get a load of this podcast with guests Damien Mulley and Roseanne Smith on the Enterprise Ireland website.

You can currently get an image of your 100 favourite followers on twitter and get that printed onto a mug, t-shirt, bag or business card. I’m guessing more products will be added and more tweaking will be done with the service. From something that was but an idea one week ago it’s very impressive. Well done to @walter and all the crew at Sxoop Technologies.
